Hotel Security Officer - Seaport $20.00/hour

About the role

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
• Enforce regulations and directives for client sites
• Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers
• Respond to emergencies and assist in maintaining order

Requirements

• Comfortable with extensive amounts of walking and patrolling
• No prior experience necessary, but a background in retail, food service, or hospitality is beneficial
• Ability to enforce regulations and directives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
