Job Responsibilities
- Prepare internal and external correspondence.
- Review and distribute reports to Management staff as needed.
- Aid Sales & Events office by being the point of contact for walk-in guests interested in booking group rooms or events.
- Distribute reports and information from the Sales & Events office to the property Operations team.
- Maintain and order appropriate level of sales collateral.
- Deliver group room "gift bags."
- Auxiliary in tracking associate training classes and activities.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, outlets, hours of operation, amenities and selling strategies.
- Perform Front Desk and Driver duties as needed.
- Auxiliary in maintaining the cleanliness of the Executive office and surrounding areas.
- Auxiliary in checking all fixtures, equipment and conditions (lights, heating/cooling, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) for proper operation, settings and maintenance.
- Report deficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Self-motivated Hotel Operations Assistant with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- The ability to establish rapport with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year related experience.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License from the state which you reside with no major violations.
- Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

Pay
$16.50 and up based on experience.
