About the role
The Hotel Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance and operation of resort facilities, equipment, and building systems. This hands-on role supervises engineering team members, manages work orders, supports preventive maintenance programs, and ensures a safe and exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Engineering team members and daily operations.
- Manage work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
- Diagnose and repair building, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
- Conduct safety inspections and support special projects.
Requirements
- Experience in general building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Basic working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to use power and hand tools safely.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Preferred: HVAC and refrigeration experience, EPA 608 Certification, experience with painting, drywall, copper pipe soldering, and pool maintenance, prior hotel or resort engineering supervisory experience.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.72/hour. Pay is determined based on experience and qualifications.
