Hotel Houseperson - Overnight

About the role

The Houseperson will be responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the overnight shifts. Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner. Stocks room attendant carts and supplies. Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms. Tends laundering machines – to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift. Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor. Assists with shuttle service (if applicable.)

Responsibilities

• Affords assistance with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Affords assistance with shuttle service (if applicable.)

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
• Hotel Experience a plus
• Excellent Customer Service
• Able to work PM shift (and weekends and holidays)
• Hotel brand Experience a plus
• Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)
