About the Role

Join Homewood Suites Richmond Airport as a Hotel Houseperson and play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's appearance and supporting the housekeeping team. Your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for guests, making every stay feel like home.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare guest rooms by removing used linens, towels, and trash.
• Deliver fresh linens and supplies to support room attendants.
• Keep hallways, elevators, stairways, and other shared areas clean and welcoming.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture and fixtures, and clean windows and surfaces.
• Empty trash containers and keep disposal areas tidy.
• Stock and organize linen closets and supply areas.
• Follow safe cleaning practices and report maintenance needs.
• Greet guests warmly and lend teammates a helping hand.
