Hotel Host (Guest Service Agent)
About the Role
Hotel Hosts contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. The Hotel Host creates an experience for guests by offering welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience, including the Hotel Host Stand, the Bakery Café, the Guest Kitchen, the e-room, the TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and servicing meeting rooms.

Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, helpful, and exceptional guest service
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment
- Manage the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den
- Handle guest check-in and check-out
- Service meeting rooms
Requirements
- Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be 18 years or older
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
Pay
Starting pay for this position is $16.00 per hour.
