Hotel Host (Guest Service Agent)

About the role

The Hotel Host at Hyatt Place El Paso Airport is responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional guest experience across various areas including the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, and meeting rooms. The position requires a strong background in customer service, preferably from a hotel or similar field, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Offering a larger-than-home experience through exceptional service
• Handling guest check-in and check-out processes
• Servicing meeting rooms as needed
• Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment
• Operating within the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den

Requirements

• Previous guest service experience
• Strong communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing in English
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Age 18 or older
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum of 20 lbs)
