Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Makes and confirm reservations
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Make cafe-style beverages as ordered
- Support other departments as needed
Requirements
- Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
