Hotel Guest Service Associate at Tetherow Resort $20/hr

About the role

Tetherow Resort is seeking a Guest Service Associate with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Give our guests a warm welcome upon arrival
• Check guests in by verifying all names of party on reservation and issue room keys
• Provide guests with information on hotel policies, services and amenities
• Cook up with our housekeeping team to ensure room availability
• Direct guests to proper resort staff members for escort, transportation, and concierge services
• Listen and respond to guest complaints in a gracious and appropriate manner
• Review the final bill with the guest, post charges and make any necessary corrections to the account
• Answer, record and process guest requests, including requests for special occasion assistance such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

• You are available to work varying schedules; including evenings, weekends and holidays
