About the role
Express Employment is hiring for a Guest Services Support in Sevierville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer concerns
- Assist guests with check-in procedures ensuring that all required paperwork and payment are completed
- Arrange for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate
- Act as telephone operator as needed
- Promote services
- Maintain accurate records
- Additional clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Guest Services experience required (2-3 years)
- Comfortable with computer work
- Exceptional Customer Service experience
Schedule
- Shift 9 AM - 5 PM and 12 PM - 8 PM
- Weekend availability required
