Guest Engagement Specialist - $20/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Assist guests with placing orders and answering billing questions.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment during the busy season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient with computers and programs such as Google Workspace.
• Comfortable lifting up to 15 lb.
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods of time.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in customer service required.

Pay

$20 per hour.

Schedule

Seasonal position (October – January). Training is Monday‑Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM. After training, the schedule is subject to change, with required availability for evenings and weekends throughout the peak season.
