Key Responsibilities
- Aid guests with activity planning, booking, and scheduling.
- Share local insights and recommend activities based on guest interests.
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, confident and clear engagement with guests.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine desire to help guests create memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but a friendly demeanor and eagerness to learn are key.
- A valid driver’s license and being at least 18 years old.
- Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Outlook / Office Suite.
