About the Role

Schulte Companies is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. We are passionate hoteliers eager to add like-minded people to our rapidly growing team, rooted in a service culture that prioritizes hospitality, respect, and authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
• Maintains dish room and dish machine
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• Removes all garbage
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift
• Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested
• Performs various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of high school education preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role required
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player

Pay

Compensation range: $18.00/hour. This position is tipped eligible.
