Hotel Front Desk/Night Audit

Joining CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, as a Front Desk/Night Auditor for the Holiday Inn Express Syracuse Airport. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while providing excellent guest service.
• Perform overnight audit shifts.
• Follow basic account procedures to ensure hotel's procedures are complete and accurate.
• Ensure guest security and safety by following CUSA, LLC's protocols.
• Answer guest questions and make recommendations about the hotel and local area.
• Aid the shuttle driver and breakfast attendant.
• Complete job duties in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts.
• Basic computer skills.
