Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a genuine people person with strong numerical skills and a passion for customer service. This position is available for a night auditor to join our growing hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly reconciliations of guest accounts
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
• Ensure guest rooms are ready for the following day
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
