Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor

Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly Qualifications Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desiredFlexible overnight hours are requiredDiploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desiredFront desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not requiredExcellent customer service and communication skills are required Responsibilities Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general managerProvide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stayExecute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as neededAudit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentagesComplete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested
