About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of guest accounts, maintaining accurate records, and performing other front desk duties.
Responsibilities
- Verify guest check-ins and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Process payments and issue receipts for room charges, food and beverage, and other services.
- Handle inquiries from guests regarding their reservations and account balances.
- Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
