Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service during overnight hours
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with a "Make It Right" service mindset
• Balance daily revenue, reconcile guest accounts, and complete the nightly audit process
• Prepare reports and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
• Answer phone calls, make reservations, and assist guests with questions or special requests
• Perform routine security walks and help maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
• Communicate important information to the morning team to ensure a smooth shift transition
• Help ensure public areas are clean and ready for guests
• Assist breakfast staff where needed with setup and food prep

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic bookkeeping, cash handling, or accounting experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn hotel management software
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional hospitality

Position Details

• Part-time overnight position
• Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation

$13 - $15 hourly
