What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with friendly, professional service during overnight hours
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with a "Make It Right" service mindset
- Balance daily revenue, reconcile guest accounts, and complete the nightly audit process
- Prepare reports and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and assist guests with questions or special requests
- Perform routine security walks and help maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
- Communicate important information to the morning team to ensure a smooth shift transition
- Help ensure public areas are clean and ready for guests
- Assist breakfast staff where needed with setup and food prep
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic bookkeeping, cash handling, or accounting experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn hotel management software
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional hospitality
Position Details
- Part-time overnight position
- Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
