Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
