About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle guest reservations and confirmations
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Manage room assignments and availability
- Answer phones and greet guests
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the front desk area
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting preferred
