Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing courteous and professional service at all times.
- Aid with check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest luggage, escort guests to rooms, and explain hotel amenities as needed.
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Cook up with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area.
- Operate hotel systems to process reservations, payments, and room assignments.
- Deliver mail, packages, and other items to guest rooms when required.
- Assist with transportation coordination, directions, and local area information.
- Follow hotel procedures for safety, security, and guest confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, front desk, customer service, or bell service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning hotel property management systems.
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and other items as needed.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
