About the role
You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage accounts, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Answer inquiries and field complaints professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all guest requests are met with a smile and prompt attention
- Handle reservations and make arrangements as needed
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Experience in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required

- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
