About the role

You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage accounts, including processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Answer inquiries and field complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure all guest requests are met with a smile and prompt attention
  • Handle reservations and make arrangements as needed
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
  • Experience in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required
