Front Desk Agent / Hotel Receptionist

About the role

La Quinta by Wyndham at Boise Town Square is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent. Two positions are available: a full-time swing shift position and a part-time weekend morning/day shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Provide directions, recommendations, and general assistance
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Address guest concerns and ensure a positive stay experience
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

$15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Schedule

• Swing Shift (Full-Time): Approximately 2:00/3:00 PM - 10:00 PM, typically 4-5 days per week, occasionally 5th shift
• Day Shift (Part-Time): Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
