About the role
We're seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk is crucial to our hotel's success, and we're looking for someone who can make every guest feel welcome and appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide outstanding customer service.
- Check guests in and out quickly and accurately.
- Answer phones, assist with reservations, and respond to guest questions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
- Recommend room upgrades and share information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other team members to ensure every guest enjoys a great stay.
- Follow hotel policies, brand standards, and safety procedures while maintaining an organized front desk.
Requirements
- Previous Front Desk Agent experience at a Hilton or IHG branded hotel (strongly preferred).
- Experience with hotel property management systems such as OnQ, PEP, or other hotel PMS software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
