About the role
We are seeking a part-time Weekend Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Home 2 Suites Salt Lake City - East in Utah.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor during check-in and check-out.
- Assign rooms and accommodate special needs when possible.
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions, reservations, and other requests.
- Maintain a clean and presentable front desk area.
- Ensure accurate billing and handle cash, credit cards, and checks responsibly according to policies.
Requirements
- Dependable and punctual.
- No prior experience required for this entry-level position.
