Hotel Front Desk Agent - 7AM-3PM

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and complete the check-in/check-out procedure using the Property Management System while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
  • Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
  • Identify the needs of each guest and provide relevant information about hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment.
  • Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Take reservations from incoming callers while providing excellent service and inputting all information into the hotel management system.
  • Update and cancel reservations in the system as requested by the guest.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Ability to operate a computer and use hotel management systems.

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Morning Shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM, 2 days a week
