Our front desk agent will direct and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent guest service functions as indicated in the Guest love surveys while the hotel guests receive a safe and secure place to stay. Improving the guest experience by providing IHG hospitality through communications, answering questions and making recommendations about the hotel and local area. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures and the IHG brand standards and IRewards loyalty recognition.
