About the role

Join a lively hotel environment as the financial whiz behind the scenes—juggling accounts payable and receivable, keeping invoices and deposits running smoothly, and ensuring finances are in tip-top shape. Your knack for organization and friendly, helpful attitude will support our Property Accountant with everything from payroll to human resources, while handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices and deposits are processed on schedule.
• Contact new and outstanding accounts to maintain AR Aging within corporate standards.
• Support the Property Accountant with human resources, payroll, and other tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
• Communicate with guests and teammates in a friendly, service-first manner, and participate in credit huddles to discuss account statuses.
• Maintain organized filing systems for direct billing and ensure accuracy in all account handling.
• Protect and manage confidential and proprietary information with integrity.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
