A Little About This Position
Provides friendly face-to-face solutions for Guests by answering questions, giving directions, and explaining things at Canyon Lodge, Eagle Lodge, Main Lodge, Tamarack Welcome Centers, Woolly's Adventure Summit and/or June Mountain.
Applicants must be knowledgeable of Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain and Tamarack, its businesses and the surrounding communities. You must have exemplary people and communication skills. You must be a fluent English speaker. Applicants must have flexible hours.
The ideal candidate has more than 10 years' experience visiting Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain and/or Tamarack Cross-Country Ski Area.
This position works 8 to 12 days per month, 2 to 7 hours/day, dependent on the needs of the Host program and your availability.
Occasionally, a few positions are seasonal, full-time, minimum wage roles with greater job growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests
Pay
Hourly Pay rate: $16.50
Schedule
Typically a seasonal, part time, minimum wage position, beginning around Thanksgiving weekend and continuing through April. Works 8 to 12 days per month, 2 to 7 hours/day, dependent on the needs of the Host program and your availability.
