Host Person - Ciera Steak and Chophouse (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in station in a rotational manner.
• Be able to answer guest questions regarding the restaurant outlet and menu items.
• Alert the necessary Manager if there are any guest issues, special needs situations, or other situations.
• Answer phone calls and take restaurant reservations, if applicable.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere.
• Excellent customer service and communication with the ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Target Salary Range $15.00 per hour
