Responsibilities

• Seating guests according to our established floor plan to ensure proper rotation for servers
• Maintaining guest reservation lists and confirming bookings through daily calls
• Answering phone calls and inputting reservations into our computer system
• Collaborating with food service attendants and servers to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Adapting to additional duties as needed to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain harmonious relationships among team members
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities to interact with guests and staff
• A willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations
• Exceptional customer service skills to create memorable experiences for guests
• Proficiency in answering a multi-line office phone for seamless communication
• Ability to qualify for licenses and permits in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Valid driver’s license
