About the role

Four Seasons Hotel New York is seeking a Host/ess with a passion for excellence and great enthusiasm in providing exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will greet and seat guests, coordinate guest reservations, and respond to inquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and with a smile
• Coordinate guest reservations and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure guest needs are met and provide excellent service
• Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally
• Adhere to Four Seasons’ policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic computer skills

$35.00 - $37.00 hourly
