The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is a premier destination that combines contemporary style with exceptional service in the heart of the Minneapolis metro area. The Chophouse at the Hilton Bloomington is seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exclusive luxury and outstanding service that define our hotel.

What will you be doing?

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive.
• Ensure even distribution of tables for each server.
• Escort guests to tables, hand them menus, wine list, and inform guests of specials.
• Receive, record, and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in the restaurant.
• Verbally communicate to server the table number sat and the number of guests.
• Beverage table if needed and/or time allows.
• Clean and display proper menus before, during, and after shift.
• Aid with all to-go orders.
• Aid wait staff and bus staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned per Manager.

What do you bring to the role?

• No prior experience required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide proactive solutions.
• Proficient in English for guest requests, memos, and reservations.
• Able to work POS system and cash handling experience preferred.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted on occasion as well as move through crowded rooms to seat guests.
• Able to remember, recite, and promote a variety of menu items.
