About the role
The World Headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys, the Star, is the most comprehensive NFL training facility in the country. It serves as the home of the entire football operation and practice fields, and also includes a multipurpose, 12,000-seat indoor stadium for use by the Dallas Cowboys, the City of Frisco, and Frisco ISD for football and soccer games. The facility includes Cowboys Club, a workspace and membership club connecting work, leisure, and culture for a select community of influencers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders with a passion for the Dallas Cowboys.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat members in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Always exhibit professional and courteous behavior.
- Present a neat and tidy appearance while adhering to uniform standards.
- Communicate effectively with members and their guests, all levels of management and co-workers.
- Maintain the proper care of equipment and food & beverage items.
- Provide our members with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club.
- Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, features and services offered.
- Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
- Fulfill the assigned opening and closing duties.
- Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the Star.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds without aid.
- Must be able to stand for an extended period without aid.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Menu planning and development.
- Must be able to stand or walk for varying length of time.
- Must be available to work an irregular schedule.
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a high volume bar.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
