Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Seating of guests
• Performing a variety of other tasks within the restaurant
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public
• Expand upon job requirements to provide a memorable experience
• Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner
• Provide accurate wait time and monitor waiting lists
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of menu
• Cook up available seating
• Process to-go orders quickly and efficiently in the point-of-sale system
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
• Maintain store appearance with respect to merchandising and maintenance standards
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Respond appropriately to customer concerns
• Absorb and sanitize the host stand
• Assist servers and food runners, as needed
• Ability to maneuver heavy trays of food

• Food and Beverage experience in a full service setting is preferred but not required

• Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers

• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances
• Able to work in an environment with varying temperatures
