About the role
We are currently seeking individuals with weekday daytime availability. Join us at our Boston, Massachusetts location and be a key player in Cactus Club Cafe’s US expansion.
Responsibilities
- Provide the first and last impression for our guests as a guest experience ambassador.
- Collaborate and craft memorable moments, transforming every guest interaction into an opportunity to exceed expectations and create extraordinary dining experiences.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A dedicated focus on enhancing the guest experience through a warm and welcoming approach.
- A highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven dedication to delivering exceptional guest experience.
- A proven team mentality, a passion for customer service, and an openness to feedback and coaching opportunities.
Qualifications
- Individuals with weekday daytime availability.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a friendly demeanor under pressure.
