Hospitality Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operate multiple areas of venue operations including service, bar, reception, game & tech, and/or bar.
• Uphold company policies, processes, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and business objectives.
• Effectively operate computer systems including a POS System, Online Team Member Scheduler.
• Manage controllable expenses for their area of responsibility.
• Ensure all side work is appropriately assigned and completed.
• Collaborate between kitchen and front of house operations.

Team Development And Management

• Participate in hiring, training, and developing hourly associates.
• Create, maintain, and update associate schedules using weekly and daily forecasts.
• Conduct/lead pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and continuous coaching and direction to hourly staff.
• Drive accountability and consistency by providing constructive coaching and feedback.

Guest Experience

• Manage Guest Service issues professionally and with a guest-centric mindset.
• Champion the Puttshack brand by ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

Compliance And Safety

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment and food safety.
• Ensure proper safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe environment for guests and associates.
