About the role
As a Sports Bar Hospitality Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you'll operate the sports bars on a daily basis, overseeing the Hospitality/Take-Out/Delivery and Server Team Member execution and overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operations in the sports bar
- Provide the ultimate experience for sports fans
- Lead in-house marketing initiatives
- Execute the rewards program
Requirements
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations
- High school graduate or equivalent, with proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications (if required by law)
- Two years of previous management experience preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
