Hospitality Associate, Patient Services - Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Captures and coordinates with hospital floor staff to ensure timely and appropriate meal delivery.
  • Ensures accuracy of patient information and dietary preferences.
  • Prepares and delivers food trays promptly and garnishes appropriately.
  • Interacts with patients to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Follows procedures for handling late trays and maintains proper food temperatures.
  • Stocks and cleans refrigerators and prepares side dishes.
  • Receives and stores food orders, labels items, and dates inventory.
  • Uses the Three Sink Method to clean dishes and operates dish machines.
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of staff and patients.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age.
  • Previous food service experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to perform on-the-job training.
  • Ability to do simple calculations and record keeping.
  • Ability to interact with all ages and disabilities of hospitalized patients.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and patients.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Pay

$17.00 - $20.40 per hour.
