As a Hospitality Associate at Opensity Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities

  • Hospitality & Client Service
    • Ensure all daily activities are executed according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Deliver exceptional client service and maintain a 100% client satisfaction focus.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, inquiries, and service issues.
    • Aid clients with special requests, projects, and event-related needs.
    • Foster positive relationships with all guests and stakeholders.
  • Meeting & Event Support
    • Manage and confirm reservations for conference rooms, meeting spaces, and visiting offices.
    • Meet with clients to confirm event logistics and conduct walkthroughs of meeting spaces.
    • Cook up and coordinate meeting support services, including IT, Facilities, Catering, and Event Services.
    • Participate in weekly event planning meetings and communicate upcoming event details to the team.
    • Check with clients daily before meetings and events to ensure all needs are met.
    • Verify room occupancy and reclaim unused meeting space as appropriate.
    • Cook up and reset conference rooms and visiting offices to company standards.
    • Cook up and coordinate catering and meeting requirements with event requestors.
  • Workplace & Pantry Services
    • Stock and maintain pantries, kitchens, beverage stations, and snack areas.
    • Ensure appropriate inventory levels of refreshments and supplies are maintained.
    • Reset conference rooms and common areas following meetings and events.
    • Maintain communication boards, binders, and operational checklists.
  • Reporting & Administrative Support
    • Capture and report customer interactions and service-related data.
    • Create and maintain weekly event sheets and schedules.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in volume capture and reporting activities.
    • Maintain documentation and records related to hospitality services.
  • Compliance & Training
    • Adhere to all Opensity Solutions and client policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
    • Comply with client-specific processes and standards, which supersede Opensity Solutions policies when applicable.
    • Complete all required training programs, including Cornerstone and other assigned learning modules.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, restaurant management, event planning, workplace experience, or a related service industry preferred. Prior experience in a corporate office environment preferred. Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
