We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "Focus on the Family has nearly 700 employees... Join our team where the work is meaningful..." That's about the role/organization. Use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real content.
We have content:
- About the role: description of mission, Branson Retreat Center, Hospitality Assistant PT position purpose. Could be a paragraph.
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties/Responsibilities (Food Service, Housekeeping, Other Duties/Responsibilities). Also Managerial Breadth/Scope of Job: None (maybe not needed). Working Environment/Physical Requirements could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements? Usually physical requirements go under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll treat as Requirements.
- Requirements: Job Qualifications/Requirements includes Character/Spiritual, Knowledge/Experience, Skills, Abilities, and Special Talents/Gifts. Also Working Environment/Physical Requirements.
We need to separate sections: Responsibilities (list duties), Requirements (list qualifications), Skills (maybe separate but we can combine). The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can decide which to include.
We have Pay Range: $16.56 to $18.63 => Pay section.
Benefits: described: Employees scheduled for 20+ hours eligible for list; 30+ hours eligible for more. So Benefits section.
Schedule: Not explicitly given; maybe mention occasional holiday and weekend work required. Could be schedule info. We have "Occasional holiday and weekend work is required". That's schedule. So we can include Schedule section.
Qualifications: Might be redundant with Requirements. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings. We could put Knowledge/Experience under Qualifications, and Skills under Skills. Character/Spiritual maybe under Requirements? Or we could put Character/Spiritual under Requirements. Let's decide:
- About the role: paragraph.

We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: application materials instructions, etc. Also remove "Application Materials Required:" etc. Remove "Tentative Search Timeline", "Posting date", etc. Remove EEO etc. Not present.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the character/spiritual statements, knowledge/experience, skills, duties, benefits, pay, schedule.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep exact phrasing? We can keep as is but maybe shorten? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the details, not omit any. But we can rephrase? Safer to keep the original sentences.
We'll produce HTML fragment with headings and content.
Let's craft:
