Hospitality Aide

Responsibilities

• Passing ice, water, snacks, and meal trays
• Assisting with dining and cleaning dining areas
• Making beds, changing linens, organizing residents' belongings, and maintaining cleanliness of rooms and utility areas
• Providing one-on-one attention to cognitively impaired residents and delivering mail
• Transporting residents, responding to call lights, and assisting with evacuations
• Ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to policies and regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
• Ability to make independent decisions, demonstrate professionalism, and follow policies
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform various movements during shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
