About the role
Wind River Rehabilitation and Wellness is currently looking for a Hospitality Aide. This is a great position for someone wanting to enter into the nursing field. Employment in this position leads to training to become a CNA — we will pay for your training! Only applicants serious about training to become a CNA will be considered for the position.
Essential Functions
- Answers signal lights
- Distributes linens, makes beds
- Serves and collects food trays, performs tray monitor
- Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart
- Passes fluids, nourishments to residents who do not require assistance
- Cleans utility rooms, storage areas, and resident rooms/closets/drawers
- Stocks supplies, empties soiled linen and incontinence barrels
- Clean, disinfect, and store bedpans, bedside commodes, urinals
