About the Role

inFORME healthcare is seeking a part-time Family Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician for a Hospitalist position with a well-established and prestigious group known for a stellar track record in clinical outcomes. This opportunity is at an Inpatient Post Acute Hospital, treating both adults and adolescents.

This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times, APP support for daily documentation, and a rotational schedule of 3-5 days on alternating weeks or per week, with shifts ranging from 3-4 hours. A Medical Directorship opportunity is also available.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients in a patient-centered, compassionate environment as part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Full Medical Licensure or ability to apply.
• Federal DEA and possess or eligible for Controlled Substance Certificate.

Pay

Competitive compensation averaging approximately $175–$200 per hour, based on efficiency.

Schedule

• Part-time, rotational schedule of 3-5 days on alternating weeks or per week.
• Flexible shifts ranging from 4-6 hours per day.
