Accolades Physician Resources LLC is seeking a Full Time Physician Hospitalist Director in Western Vermont. The position offers a competitive salary range of $340,000 - $350,000 annually, with a $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance of $10,000.

Role

As the Hospitalist Director, you will:

• See patients in 100% inpatient clinic
• Work a daytime model from Monday through Friday
• Join a team of 10 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
• Split your schedule between 50% patient care and 50% administrative leadership
• Not perform procedures
• Manage a 10-bed ICU
• Utilize EMR system Meditech

Package

The package includes:

• Hospital employed salary range $340,000- 350,000, commensurate with experience
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and CME support

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in Vermont
• One to three years of relevant experience
• Strong clinical, management, and leadership skills
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
