Hospitalist – Daytime – (61195) - Washington

We are located 90 minutes from Spokane and are seeking both a Medical Director and Hospitalists. IM training is preferred; Family Medicine candidates must have demonstrated ICU experience with case logs. This is an open ICU with no support—comfort managing vents is required. Procedures are not required.

About the Role

• Medical Director must have some demonstrated leadership experience, though new leaders are welcome.
• Hospitalists may live in Spokane and commute; the Medical Director must reside in the same city as the hospital.
• Medical Director will cover 12 clinical shifts per month.

Pay

• Medical Director: Total pre-incentive compensation of $390K.
• Hospitalists: Compensation in the range of $370–$400K, with coverage of some night shifts.
• Competitive relocation and sign-on bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Fellowship skills required for the Medical Director role.
