We are located 90 minutes from Spokane and are seeking both a Medical Director and Hospitalists.
About the Role
- Internal Medicine trained candidates preferred; Family Medicine candidates must have demonstrated ICU experience with case logs.
- Open ICU with no support—must be comfortable managing vents.
- Procedures are not required.
- Hospitalists may live in Spokane and commute.
- Medical Director must live in the same city as the hospital.
Medical Director
- Requires some demonstrated leadership experience, though new leaders are welcome.
- 12 clinical shifts per month.
Hospitalists
- Will cover some night shifts.
Pay
- Medical Director: Total pre-incentive compensation of $390K.
- Hospitalists: Total pre-incentive compensation in the range of $370–$400K.
- Competitive relocation and sign-on bonuses available.
Qualifications
- Fellowship skills are a plus.
