Hospital Service Aides - Multiple Shifts Available

About the role

We are seeking Full-Time Hospital Service Aides to join our team at Humboldt Park Health. This is an evergreen posting for current and future full-time openings across various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
• Assist with patient transport and moving
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working order
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment
• Support the administrative functions of the department as needed

Requirements

• Housekeeping, environmental services, janitorial, or professional cleaning experience is preferred
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality service
• Ability to work flexible hours including morning, evening, and overnight shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for some positions

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform the duties listed above

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

• Morning Shift (6:30am - 3:00pm)
• Evening Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
• Overnight Shift (10:30pm - 7:00am)
