Paramedic (Multiple Shifts Available)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Paramedic to provide direct medical support to healthy volunteer participants in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical research environment. The position involves monitoring participant safety, delivering basic and advanced medical care, and supporting clinical activities under physician supervision. Key Responsibilities Collaborate effectively with clinical team members to ensure participant safety and care.Perform medical procedures such as blood collection, vital signs, ECGs, and medication administration.Lead resuscitation and stabilization efforts in emergencies, escalating concerns appropriately.Document adverse events, interventions, and observations accurately and promptly.Assess participants' health status, initiate interventions within scope, and notify investigators as needed.Follow study protocols, regulations, and standard operating procedures diligently. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant formal qualification.State license as a Paramedic and ACLS certification required.Strong paramedic skills, including airway management, IV placement, and injections.Effective communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and emergencies.Preferably 2+ years of paramedic experience, with knowledge of clinical documentation. Preferred Attributes: Experience in clinical research or healthcare settings, understanding of GCP and study protocols, professionalism, sound judgment, and adaptability in high-pressure situations. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Primarily in clinical or laboratory settings with exposure to biological fluids, requiring PPE use. Physical requirements include working upright for extended periods, repetitive hand movements, light lifting, and regular attendance. Occasional travel may be required.
