Emergency Department - Paramedic (Mid-shift)
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: welcome, apply button, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We need to extract content. Let's parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Welcome! We’re excited you’re considering an opportunity with us! To apply to this position and be considered, click the Apply button located above this message and complete the application in full. Below, you’ll find other important information about this position." -> boilerplate, remove. - Then description: "The Certified Emergency Department (ED) Technician-Paramedic performs nonprofessional direct and indirect patient care activities under the supervision of a registered professional nurse and/or licensed medical provider. The Certified ED Tech-Paramedic assists medical and nursing staff with a variety of procedures in an emergency setting under applicable scope of practice based on certification." That's about the role. - Minimum Qualifications: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: list. - Preferred Qualifications: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: list. - Experience: ACLS, PALS, two years college. - Experience: Two (2) years’ experience in an Emergency Department or pre-hospital setting. - CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: long list. - PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: description. - WORKING ENVIRONMENT: description. - Skills And Abilities: Ability to effectively communicate with staff and patients. Ability to adapt to changing environments. - Additional Job Description: Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Exempt/Non-Exempt Shift: United States of America (Non-Exempt) Company THOM Thomas Hospitals Cost Center 51 THOM Nursing Emergency Services Address 4605 Maccorkle Ave SW South Charleston West Virginia - Then EEO boilerplate: remove. We need to decide sections. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory description (first paragraph). That's substantive. - Responsibilities: core duties and responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe combine minimum qualifications and preferred qualifications? The spec says we can have Requirements and Qualifications sections. We need to decide. Usually Requirements = minimum qualifications, Qualifications = preferred qualifications or experience. But we can also combine. We need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: Minimum Qualifications: Education, certification, licensure details. Preferred Qualifications: ACLS, PALS, two years college. Experience: Two years experience. We could put Requirements section covering Minimum Qualifications + Experience. Qualifications section covering Preferred Qualifications (certifications, education). Or we could have Requirements = Minimum Qualifications, Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications + Experience. But we need to avoid duplication. Better: Requirements = Minimum Qualifications (education, certification, licensure). Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications (ACLS, PALS, two years college) + Experience (two years ED/pre-hospital). That seems reasonable. Skills: Skills And Abilities. Benefits: none given. So we should NOT create Benefits section. Pay: none given. So no Pay section. Schedule: we have Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Exempt/Non-Exempt Shift: United States of America (Non-Exempt). That's schedule info. So we can create Schedule section with that. Also we have Company, Address etc. That could be part of About the role? Or maybe we could include in About the role as metadata. But spec says do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Company and address could be minor metadata; we could include in About the role paragraph. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the company name, address, etc. But we can fold into a short
under About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, apply instructions, welcome. We must not include duplicated lines. Now produce HTML. Structure:
